In a recent interview with director/producer Lingusamy, Actress Sangeetha thrown a question to director Lingusamy with whom you wants to talk to know and the director simply replied i just want to talk to director/producer Gautham Vasudev Menon.

After she called him and ask about his current project with Thala Ajith, He said "Yea, the project is shaping up well and now we are in a vacation after that will be kick start soon". And sangeetha asked when you had planned to release Thala55, He said "will finish the shooting around august or october but il release the movie after Murugadoss-Vijay Kaththi Movie got released ".

As we all know veeram is a lost venture for the producer because movie released with a heavy competition with mohanalal-vijay's jilla so Director GVM planned to give a solo release for thala fans.
Thuppaki is the biggest blockbuster for actor vijay so now everyone looking forward to see kaththi which vijay again joining with director murugadoss.
Due to that thuppaki impact, Director GVM had stepped back to release his movie after the release of ARM's kaththi.
