Lanky Namitha, who looked very elegant in a Salwar Kameez took part in the Pongal Day celebrations at the SMK Fomra Institute of Technology at Kelambakkam in Chennai.
Speaking amid the students, Namitha was surprised at the number of students who had donated blood and lauded them for their efforts in making their lives meaningful. She also thanked other students who had donated their organs to be used for medical purposes after their death.
“I’m really happy that such large number of students has come forward to voluntarily donated blood and their organs. It is imperative for the students to concentrate, along with their studies, in caring for the society and for the people around us. Whosoever donate blood or their organs can meet me and get themselves photographed with me at any time after showing ample proof of their donation,” concluded Namitha.
