It is well known that Nayanthara is acting in the Tamil and Telugu remakes of critically acclaimed Bollywood film Kahani.
She replaces Vidya Balan in both the south Indian versions directed by National award winning director Shekar Kammula. The film has been sent for censor certification recently and the censor officials have given a U/A certificate without suggesting any cuts for the film.
The film stars Vaibhav and Pasupathi in pivotal roles. Music has been scored by National award winning composer M.M.Keeravani.
Producers Viacom18 Motion Pictures mark their debut in the Tamil Market and the film has been co produced by Eyedentity Motion Pictures and Moving Pictures. The film touted as a emotional thriller has been shot extensively at Hyderabad.
