Anirudh disappoints with VIP

When Anirudh made his debut with Dhanush’s famous hit ‘3’, he was on the peaks of his excitements as the entire globe praised for his stunning works. Followed by this film, he gave a couple of back-to-back hits with ‘Ethir Neechal’ and ‘Vanakkam Chennai’.

Apparently, the expectations were bigger for ‘Velaiyilla Pattadhaari’ and this morning the audio was launched at Suryan FM.

As we listen to the songs, it turns out to be a little disappointment with the songs as most of the tracks are nothing but the replication of his previous works, especially ‘Ethir Neechal’. The title track ‘Velaiyilla Pattadhaari’ has a lot resemblance with ‘Nijamellam Marandhu Pochu’ from Ethir Neechal and there is more of this sort.

Maybe, with more publicities and promotions, the songs may become a slight hit after some time, but as on whole, it’s a disappointment by Anirudh.
