The film directed by K.S.Ravikumar and produced by Rockline Venkatesh will have Anushka and Bollywood beauty Sonakshi Sinha playing the lead heroines for two roles to be played by Rajinin in the film. Popular Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu has been roped in to play an important role in the flick.
Now we have learnt from reliable sources that Sudheep of ‘Naan Ee’ fame has been approached to play a friend-turned-foe to Superstar in the film. Sources add that the director has narrated the script and to Sudheep who is yet to take a call on the offer. It is worth remembering that Sudheep will play ‘Ilayathalabathi’ Vijay’s villain in the latter’s 58th film to be directed by Chimbudevan.
Another source claims that ace comedian Santhanam is also being approached for a role in ‘Lingaa.’ It is said that the director is keen on having Santhanam on board for the project. Santhanam has already acted with the Superstar in ‘Kuselan’ and ‘Enthiran.’
