The 100 days function of Ilayathalapathy's Jilla was
held recently, The legendary Lyricist Vairamuthu speech on Vijay was
the event's biggest highlight. Vairamuthu started off saying till date
he has never spoken about Vijay in any press meets or audio launches.The
Kandangi lyricist said when Vijay entered the film industry several
media criticized his appearance and his ability to succeed but today the
same media is running behind Vijay for their success and this a lesson
today's youngsters must learn from Vijay.
Vairamuthu said Vijay's
competition was not with other actors but with himself and his previous
victories. Vijay is reaching new heights with every film,He is also a
great human being said Vairamuthu. The legend concluded his
speech stating Vijay is also the first person in the industry to produce
a film for his own PRO and appreciated his noble gesture.
